Boutique Menu
Buddha-Bar London has unveiled a unique new Boutique Menu, so named to reflect both the exclusivity of the dishes and the globally
renowned retail Mecca in which it is located. Offering fine dining for those with limited time (the entire feast can be served in under an
hour if so desired), Buddha-Bar’s Boutique Menu is tailor-made for weary shoppers, busy executives and ladies - and gentlemen - who lunch.
Infused with the myriad of flavours and spices that are the hallmarks of Buddha-Bar’s legendary cuisine, guests can choose between two delicious starters - new style sashimi (salmon, tuna & sea bass slightly seared with ginger & Japanese yuzu) or mixed dumplings with chilli ponzu (smoked duck & foie gras, black cod & prawn, salmon & oregano) and three equally mouth-watering mains - pan-fried grey mullet with Asian herb butter, beef bavette with spicy miso & pickled cucumber or chilli tofu with wild mushrooms & sesame. All dishes are exclusive to this menu.
Also setting the Boutique Menu apart from anything else to be found in the capital are the miniature cocktails that accompany both these courses. Specially created for the occasion by head barman Kester Thomas, these concoctions - Jaded Cym (pressed green apple juice infused with lemongrass & Japanese yuzu juice) and Miso Virgin (tomato, tabasco & Worcestershire sauce combined with miso soup & Shacha sauce infusion with salt & pepper) - are designed to complement the delicate flavours of the food.
Proving that even in Knightsbridge fine dining and great value are not mutually exclusive, the Boutique Menu is priced at just £28 per person, inclusive of a selection of desserts from the à la carte menu and a choice of one of Buddha-Bar London’s specialty teas.
The Boutique Menu is available daily, from 12 noon to 2.45pm and from 5.30pm to 7pm.
